My Depression

I was in a depression for years, I had gone through a trial and I had lost hope, and my faith and trust in God.

One evening after attending an evangelistic meeting, I realized that there was a great barrier between God and me, and I thought I was eternally lost.

God there is this barrier between us, I can't do anything about it, and I can't change how I feel about it."

When I woke up the next day, I felt at peace. God had changed me. What I could not do he had done for me. I realized that God cared about me, He loved me.

I once again had hope, and my faith and trust in him was restored.


Hebrews 11:1 (King James Version)

1. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

God wants us to trust Him during trials.  Everyone goes through some type of trial.  Look to the stories of Joseph, David, Job etc. as examples that deliverance will come if you don't lose hope and continue to build your relationship with God.
